What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I start with a small trial order?
Yes. Our MOQ starts from 1 set for stock designs, and 300 sets for fully customized products, so you can validate your market with a small trial order before scaling up. Mixed models in one container are also accepted to help you reach the container quantity faster.

Do you offer OEM, ODM or private label services?
Yes, we do. As a steel furniture factory we support OEM, ODM and private label: minor changes to stock designs, development from your drawings, or full custom products. You can choose material gauge, finish color, lock type and logo printing / engraving, and samples are typically ready within 5-7 days for confirmation.

How do you control quality, and what certifications do you hold?
We are a Verified Supplier with on-site inspection by Intertek, and our steel furniture range is RoHS-and IEC 62321-certified (certificate ID DTI2026MC020604E). QC covers incoming steel, welding, coating, hardware and packaging, and every batch is checked against the approved sample before shipment; third-party inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek) is welcome.

What is your lead time for stock and mass production orders?
In-stock items are dispatched within 12-18 days, and production orders usually take 15-30 days depending on quantity and configuration. Our on-time dispatch rate is 100%, and we will confirm an exact schedule with a production plan once your order and artwork are confirmed.

What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
We offer a 5-year warranty for selected locker models and 3-year warranty for wardrobe series, covering structural defects under normal usage (excluding quick-wear accessories). Once a valid issue is confirmed, we supply free replacement parts within 15 days after your claim, together with video-based installation guidance, to ensure your end-users get proper support at all times.
