1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory that was founded in 1998 with more than 300 workers.
2. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. If quantity less than 500 units, production time only need 3-5 working day.
For customized models, the delivery time depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days under 9 containers orders.

3. Q: What is the terms of payment?
A: Usually it is 40% T/T of deposit or downpayment, and balance should be cleared before delivery. Other terms of payment could be negociated.
4. Q: Do you have minimum order quantity limitation?
A: We don’t have MOQ limitation. But if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs, we would sincerely recommend you buy at the local market. Because the international freight will be expensive.
5. Q: Can you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?
A: Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.
