Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days for up to 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have an MOQ limitation. However, if you do not have other goods to share container space and the order is under 10 pcs, we recommend sourcing locally as international freight costs may be high.
What if we encounter problems during installation or lack installers?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every rack type. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floor projects or large systems, we can provide technical guidance or dispatch an installation team.
Can you manufacture goods to OEM and ODM specifications?
Yes, we have extensive experience in customizing storage racks and shelving to precise customer requirements.
What warranty and payment terms are supported?
We offer a 3 to 5-year warranty. Payment terms are typically a 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. We also accept payment via Credit Card or online platform.
