Are you a factory or trading company? Where is it located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock (less than 500 pcs: 3-7 days). For customized models, production generally takes 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).
What are your payment and trade terms?
Payment term is a 40% deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed. Our standard trade terms are EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We do not have an MOQ limitation. However, if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10 pcs, we recommend sourcing locally to avoid high international freight costs.
What if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions and video guidance free of charge for every shelf model. If required, our engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video, or offer on-site technical guidance for large projects.
What is the warranty period and packaging standard?
We offer a 3 to 5 years warranty. Storage racks are generally flat packed using air bubble film, with wooden box packaging available based on client requirements.
