Q1 Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufactory for storage rack systems with dedicated manufacturing facilities.
Q2 Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Nanjing Airport directly; we will pick you up from Nanjing Lukou International Airport. All clients from home and abroad are welcome to visit us.
Q3 What is the raw material used for your racking products?
The primary structural steel material we choose is standard high-grade Q235 steel.
Q4 What are the packaging and delivery terms?
We apply standard export packaging: all components are secured with steel strapping and protective plastic film. Production delivery generally takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit depending on order volume.
Q5 What payment terms and loading ports do you accept?
Payment is accepted via T/T or L/C at sight. Main departure loading ports include Nanjing Port and Shanghai Port.
Q6 Are product samples available?
Yes, short profile sample sections can be provided free of charge, with international courier fees covered by the customer.
