Warehouse shelf racking are generally known as pallet racks and heavy duty racks. Warehouse selective racking is mainly used to store pallets and overweight items, usually cooperated with forklifts and telescopic pickers. When heavy duty pallet storage racks, the size and weight of the steel pallets and goods, as well as the number of stacked layers, must be considered to determine the appropriate column and beam materials and dimensions. The industrial pallet storage racking is assembled by columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the instability of the rack after the bolts are loose.

Where is your factory located and which loading port is close to you?
Our factory is located in Guangzhou. Close ports are Nansha or Huangpu (in Guangzhou). If your forwarder is in Foshan or Shenzhen, we can deliver to their warehouse too.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 day is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In generally, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM, 9 containers.

What is the term of payment and trade term?
40% of deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. In generally, we will use EXW or FOB. Other terms can be negotiated. You can also pay by Credit card or Alibaba platform.

What if you encounter problems during installation or don't have installers?
We will provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you by phone, face-time or video. For the racking mezzanine floor case or big project, if needed, we can offer our technical staff to guide the installation job. Moreover, we have professional installation team to deal with the installation work.
